Spandex wearing in gresham?

There are three types of indoor rules. I'm not sure which your school would follow.
2006 - 2007 USA Volleyball Domestic Competition Rules

2005-2008 FIVB Official Volleyball Rules

2006 NCAA Women's Volleyball Rules

You can read about all three at the link below:

Scoring in volleyball?

Pretty simple.

One team is the serving team. The other receives the ball. If the serving team vollies the ball to the receiving team's side of the net and they do not successfully hit it back over, the serving team scores a point. If the receiving team hits it and the serving team cannot return it, then a point is NOT scored, however the receiving team then becomes the serving team, and they are given the chance to score points. Here's some more rules:

-There are boundaries. If the ball goes past the boundary, it is considered "out" and will either result in a point or change of possession.

-The ball can only be hit by the same person twice in a row (unless the first hit is an attempted block). Doing so will either result in a point or change of possession.

-The ball must go to the other side of the net within three hits. If it does not, it will either result in a point or change of possession.

-Normally when a team receives possession of the ball for service, they rotate so that the player serving is different than the last time.

-Normally the game is played to a certain number of points. 15 is common, and sometimes you have to be 15 or more and be up by 2.

Can someone please tell me how to do a proper overhand serve in volleyball?

i can tell you, but are many rules! the first is: we have one ball and six players!=) just kidding
the six players are on field in their position:defese, attack. three players are the fowards, and the other three are the Defensors!
each team just can give 3toks on the ball, and they can't touch on the net, because is falt! this is the basic. sorry but my inglish is not the gratest. I hope u understend what i wrote.
i forgot: the Defensors can't cross the 3metres line, is falt, and the forwards can't thouch on the ball after the net!you can't blocked the service!
