Am I running too much?

I run for 60-70 minutes 6-7 days a week. Is this too much? Should I take more days off?

How can i run faster?

Everyone is different and what works best for you may not work for everyone. Personally, I like to mix it up. Some days I'll run long (2-3 hours)...others I run short (30-40 minutes)...and still others I don't run at all. I would make sure that you have enough rest days in your schedule to prevent injury and re-build muscle. What's your goal? If you want to lose've got a great cardio foundation! If you want to get faster or train for a marathon, you may want to mix it up a bit. We get stronger through the stress / rest cycle - which means stress your body a bit then rest. Stress can come in the form of faster or longer workouts than what you're used to. Hope this helps. Best of luck!

I run 10K every day. If you're not hurting keep running.

But, put some variety in you life, your muscles will appreciate it.
Every other day I vary the run with quarter mile sprints, some power walking, running up the steeper trails (I live in Colorado).
Especially the rockier trails, it forces you to pay attention to how high you lift your feet and where you put them down.

Make sure to take a few days off every other month to let things heal up. Running makes you numb to a lot of little ailments, and when I would have to rest I used to have all kinds of other injuries magically appear; I just couldn't feel them when I was going all the time. Endorphins; they really, really work man!
Also, if you want to race you'll need to taper off for a week so you'll have more energy on race day.
