I am 15 years old and I am out of shape(190lbs, 5'9in, you really can't tell I'm over weight because I'm so tall)and I like to run and it really does help that my legs are long, I want run track but I don't think that I will be fit enough to run this summer..Is their any way I can get in shape in to compete at meets in less than 5 months?

Start running if you want to. Start out slow and short, and build up. You may or may not be fit enough to run track by this summer, but, you may be. You'll never know till you try, and you have nothing to lose, but weight, and everything to gain.
