yes they prevent injury and reduce lactic acid build up i have 3 pairs of skins which i use i train 4 days a week track and 2 gym they are very good for athletics and are recommended by many institutes of sports for track and feild!

I need advice on a good pair of jogging/aerobic shoes. I supinate and have wide feet...any suggestions?

when i use them during practice i m less sore and can run longer. i dont know if there is a positive effect durring meets
