i ran recently in a 1500m and got 5:17, i was wondering what training would be good to get below 5:00. Also the pace of the race i got 5:17 in was qiute slow but i hate leading races, i like to be second or third then sprint past them at the end. Any advice to solve that problem? thankx
just train a lot, but don't overdo it or zou'll get worse. I'd suggest finding a training program which goes over several months building it up steadily and at the end you'll be faster.
