I think they all try to do the best they can. It is just that some have to take drugs, and or do other things to become the best. It is not right, but I do think it is not just Gold Medal winners, but lots of the athletes do because of the pressure. But then you have those like Lance Armstrong, who even though accused of cheating all the time, pass those drug tests with flying colors because they work at it so hard.
