Any tips on stretches for side kicks?

i like side kicks they are my fav kick but i really suck at them as im not flexable enough does anyone have any tips for getting more flexable or just how to get a better side kick

stretching against a wall with a partner helps...stand against the wall with one shoudler against it and your base foot about 12-18 inches away with your toes pointed towards the wall...have your partner lift your other leg (keep your upper body as straight up and down as you can) keeping your leg in a good sidekick position and hold it for a slooow count of 30. worked for me
