Is working out while your muscles are sore bad for you?

run long distance/cross country distances (3-5miles) .

Do workouts that would be one set for a day, for a few times a week

Also, remember to be quick with steps, but make them long and wide.

Sprint at the last 100m IF YOU HAVE THE ENERGY
