100 Meter Dash?

Question:What is the best way for me to improve my time? I get out of the block good and have great acceleration but how can I improve overall top speed?



10.9 is good.

but you want to work out your red muscles. 100 meter doesnt need much endurance. so do some box squats, parallel squats, tip ups, hexbar, etc. lots of weight, low reps.
