A few weeks before i start gymnastics again.?

and im craving 2 practice (cuz im going into a new gym for lessons, i stopped doing it 4 like a few months becuz we moved) to move on to a higher level and not be w/the little kids 4 so long, so i was wondering what i could do, like stretches, cartwheels, and so on. which 1's should i do?

Stretching is key! Stretch everything well- work on splits and back-bends too. Also work on strength exercises: push-ups, chin ups, leg exercises, etc. Also, strengthening your core-lots and lots of sit-ups, v-ups, etc-twisting too.
