Which NFL team has the easiest schedule this year?

The best way to run a 40 yard dash is to clear your mind right before the start. Get in your starting position head down shoulders back. The first stage of your run is the first ten yards. This stage is known as your dig stage. Dig as yard as you can in the ten yards, head down looking about 4-5 yards ahead of you ( make sure you don't forget to swing your arms, the faster your arms move the faster you legs move). The second stage is the next ten yards. This stage is your transition stage. Lift your head and look straight ahead. Also, remember to stay relaxed, no heavy breathing. Keep arms moving past hip. Try not to spend to much time with your arms in the front of you. Drive those arms back. The next stage is pretty much the final stage. This stage is known as your top speed stage. Finish through the 40 yard line at full speed, do not stop at the 40. I hope this helps and good luck!

Well I dont see how you are doing anything wrong. You are getting better. Calvin Johnson ran the 40 in 4.35. And that is fast!! All you can do is keep working your legs.

Are the Lions going to trade Tatum Bell now that they signed T.J. Duckett?

4.6 is not a bad speed at all...if you are a lineman. Just joking. Seriously though, practice speed drills like suicides, running stadiums, etc. Stretching also helps. A big problem with speedsters is hamstring injuries.

Who is the best running back as of right now?? In NFL history?

Does NFL rookie Robert Meachem have a girlfriend?

it depends on who you are/want to be. If your trying to get to the NFL and are a Back or receiver you need get down a .1 or .2. beside many different exer you can do, you should try running on your toes, ball of your foot, not the heel. thats what sprinters do to get a little bit faster.

Who is the best player from the NFL who is not in the Hall of Fame?

You might not be doing anything wrong.

You're growing - so your body is changing,
your interests are changing, your motivations change.

What stays the same is your familiarity with what you do on the field. Maybe thats where you are getting complacent.

Keep working out to improve your 40 time.
The effort will pay off your senior year as your bodys growth begins to plateau a little.

When you hit college, you'll be burning up the field.
