why can i run it faster barefoot? what can make me fatser with shoes i mean its like 4 tenths difference, 4.7-5.1

i dont know the whole history about running barefoot like the other guy.but i know your problem when i was in high school playing football i ran faster bare feet also.because i grew up in the coutry and thats how we played,but anyway this what i did.i ran wind sprints everyday from 30 yards to 50 yards about 4 times apeice.the reason i did that was because when u run 30 yard sprints your body gets use to buliding speed faster and i ran 50 yards so i could use to running full speed all the way through.but what helped me the most was i would run with ankle weights or heavy boots so when u get in tennis shoes it would feel as though i was running bare foot.i dropped my time from 4.73 to 4.42 so trust me it works but u have to do it everyday so keep at it.
