Abs and legs excerises at home?
what are some good workouts i can do at home to strengthen my abs and legs using dumbells
1) Curl Ups
2) Sit Ups (Basically almost the same as Curl Ups)
3) Flexibility, your verticle and so on
1) Run, run, run
2) Down-Ups (Kneel down and get back up over and over again.)
These are all I can think of for home.
As for legs, try lunges, squats, and running up stairs.
